#### 27 Power to determine requirements for applications The Reserve Bank may, by notifiable instrument, determine requirements to be complied with in relation to applications under this Act, including (but not limited to) requirements relating to: (a) the means by which an application is to be made; and (b) the information or documentation that is to be included in or submitted with an application; and (c) the verification of an application or of information or documentation included in or submitted with it.
