24 Record of extending agreement

For the Act, section 29A(5)(f), the record of an extending agreement must specify, if known by the licensee—

(a) the amounts that are or may be payable under the extending agreement for each new or varied rate, fee or charge referred to in the Act, section 29(5)(d), and

(b) the outstanding amounts that are or may be payable for each rate, fee or charge under the original agreement.
