(1) A person given a pawn ticket under the Act, section 28(5) may request a licensee replace the pawn ticket if the ticket is lost, stolen or destroyed.
(2) A request may be made at any time within 3 years after the pawn ticket was first given to the person.
(3) A licensee must give the person a copy of the pawn ticket free of charge if the person produces evidence of the person’s identity of a kind specified in section 16(1).
