18 Licences not transferable
(1) The licensee for a licence must not—
(a) attempt to transfer or give the licence to another person, or
(b) allow the use of the licence by another person.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(2) A person must not attempt to obtain the transfer of, or use, another person’s licence.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
