13 Certain records may be kept in hard copy—the Act, s 16(7)

(1) Despite section 6, a licensee may keep the following records in hard copy in loose-leaf form—

(a) a written statement obtained by a licensee under section 16(3) relating to the ownership of goods,

(b) a record of the agreement by which goods were pawned under the Act, section 28.

(2) The hard copies must—

(a) include the contract number for each item taken in trade or pawn, and

(b) be kept in order of contract number.
