11 Providing records to Commissioner of Police

(1) For the Act, section 16(5A), particulars of each record required to be kept must be given to the Commissioner of Police—

(a) for a record kept electronically—

(i) if arrangements have been made with the Commissioner of the Police—in accordance with the arrangement, or

(ii) otherwise—within 3 days after the record was made, or

(b) for a record kept in hard copy—within 3 days after the record was made.

(2) This section does not apply to a record required to be kept under the Act, section 29A.
