21.1 Patent Office and sub‑offices
The hours of business of the Patent Office and each sub‑office of the Patent Office are from 9 am to 5 pm on each day other than: (a) a Saturday or a Sunday; or (b) a public holiday: (i) where the Office or sub‑office is located; or (ii) for the purposes of the Australian Public Service in that place.
