79A Commissioner not to make decision if court proceedings pending
If: (a) a patentee of a standard patent applies for an extension of the term of the patent; and (b) relevant proceedings in relation to the patent are pending; the Commissioner must not make any decision under this Part in relation to the patent without the leave of the court.
