#### 239 The Register of Patents and Register of Patent Attorneys (1) On and after the commencing day, the Register of Patents under the 1952 Act is to be taken to form part of the Register of Patents under this Act. (2) On and after the commencing day, the Register of Patent Attorneys under the 1952 Act is to be taken to form part of the Register of Patent Attorneys under this Act.
