#### 216 Exercise of discretionary power by Commissioner (1) The Commissioner must not exercise a discretionary power under this Act adversely to any person applying for the exercise of that power without first giving that person a reasonable opportunity to be heard. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to the Commissioner’s power to direct an applicant to request an examination.
