#### 202A Documents prepared by a member of a partnership A person who is: (a) a member of a partnership; and (b) not a registered patent attorney; must not prepare a specification, or a document relating to an amendment of a specification, unless: (c) the person is acting under the instructions or supervision of a registered patent attorney; or (d) the amendment has been directed by an order under section 105. Penalty: 30 penalty units.
