#### 202 Documents prepared by legal practitioners A legal practitioner must not prepare a specification, or a document relating to an amendment of a specification, unless: (a) the practitioner is acting under the instructions of a registered patent attorney; or (b) the amendment has been directed by an order under section 105. Penalty: 30 penalty units.
