#### 190 Inspection of Register (1) The Register must be available for inspection at the Patent Office by any person during the hours that it is open for business. (2) If a record of particulars is kept by use of a computer, subsection (1) is to be taken to be complied with, to the extent that the Register consists of those particulars, by giving members of the public access to a computer terminal which they can use to inspect the particulars, either on a screen or in the form of a computer printout.
