#### 175 Disclosure of information to Commonwealth authority Nothing in this Act prevents disclosing information about an invention, or giving access to, or a sample of, a micro‑organism to a department or authority of the Commonwealth for the purpose of obtaining advice on whether a prohibition order should be made, amended or revoked.
