#### 166 Certain agreement and licences inoperative unless approved by relevant Minister (1) An agreement or licence setting the terms on which a person other than a relevant authority may exploit an invention is inoperative with respect to the exploitation of the invention in the circumstances mentioned in subsection 163(3) or 163A(3). (2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the agreement or licence has been approved in writing by the relevant Minister.
