sec.12 Good order and repair
The accommodation must be— in good order and repair; and in a hygienic condition. Without limiting subsection (1) — a building or structure that is part of the accommodation must be maintained and kept in a clean condition; and any fittings, furnishings or equipment that are part of the accommodation must be— maintained; and kept in a clean condition; and kept in working order. (sec.12-ssec.1) The accommodation must be— in good order and repair; and in a hygienic condition. (sec.12-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) — a building or structure that is part of the accommodation must be maintained and kept in a clean condition; and any fittings, furnishings or equipment that are part of the accommodation must be— maintained; and kept in a clean condition; and kept in working order.
