sec.13 Accommodation requirements if s 12 does not apply to occupier
This section applies if section 12 does not apply to an occupier. Part 3 and schedule 1 apply to the occupier as if each non-resident worker employed by the occupier were a resident worker. However, in applying part 3 , the following provisions of schedule 1 do not apply to the occupier— section 2 ; section 3 (1) , (2) (c) and (3) ; section 6 ; section 9 . Also, the occupier must provide the following— an electric or gas appliance for boiling drinking water; a coffeepot or teapot. (sec.13-ssec.1) This section applies if section 12 does not apply to an occupier. (sec.13-ssec.2) Part 3 and schedule 1 apply to the occupier as if each non-resident worker employed by the occupier were a resident worker. (sec.13-ssec.3) However, in applying part 3 , the following provisions of schedule 1 do not apply to the occupier— section 2 ; section 3 (1) , (2) (c) and (3) ; section 6 ; section 9 .
