7 Regular passenger services
For the purposes of section 35(2)(c) of the Act, a passenger service is taken not to be a regular passenger service for the purposes of the Act if the passenger service is operated by, or on behalf of, a private institution or association solely for use by people enrolled at, or affiliated with, that institution or association.
