Tasmania regulation
These Regulations update the Passenger Transport Services Regulations 2023 and take effect when their making is notified in the Gazette (reg 2). They are administered by the Department of State Growth and replace the authorised (consolidated) text that regulates passenger transport operators and related businesses. Regulated persons must consult the authorised consolidated Regulations to see the exact legal changes because this instrument records incorporation of amendments without printing the substantive amendment text (regs 3–5).
