#### 85 Information in buses 85 Information in buses > > (1) The operator of a bus service must ensure that information is displayed inside a bus in accordance with this clause while the bus is being used to provide the service. > > > > Maximum penalty—5 penalty units. > > > (2) The following information must be displayed— > > > > > (a) a summary of the rights and obligations of passengers, > > > > > (b) brief details (including a telephone number) as to how complaints relating to the bus services might be made. > > > (3) The information— > > > > > (a) must be approved by TfNSW, and > > > > > (b) must be displayed in a position where it may easily be read by passengers.
