The driver of a public passenger vehicle must, at the request of an authorised officer, hand the appropriate driver authority card to the officer for inspection.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units (in the case of an offence committed by the driver of a bus in the Sydney Airport precinct) or 5 penalty units (in any other case).
