#### 240 Savings and transitional 240 Savings and transitional > > (1) Any act, matter or thing that had effect under the [Passenger Transport Regulation 2007](/view/html/repealed/current/sl-2007-0421) immediately before the repeal of that Regulation is taken to have effect under this Regulation. > > > (2) Any act, matter or thing that, immediately before the repeal of the [Passenger Transport (Drug and Alcohol Testing) Regulation 2010](/view/html/repealed/current/sl-2010-0484), had effect under that Regulation continues to have effect under this Regulation. > > > (3) A form of document that complies with, or refers to, a provision of the [Passenger Transport (Drug and Alcohol Testing) Regulation 2010](/view/html/repealed/current/sl-2010-0484)— > > > > > (a) is taken to be, and is to be construed as, a form that complies with, or refers to, the corresponding provision of this Regulation, and > > > > > (b) may, until 1 September 2022, be completed in accordance with, and used under, this Regulation. > > **cl 240:** Am 2021 (483), Sch 1\[3\] \[4\].
