#### 225 Duties of parties 225 Duties of parties > Without limiting the duties of the parties to a valuation arbitration under section 37 of the Arbitration Act— > > > (a) the applicant must make the bus service assets in question available for inspection by the arbitrator at the times and places requested by the arbitrator, and > > > (b) each party must not provide the arbitrator with any document or other information that is false or misleading in a material particular.
