#### 63 Applications after refusal or cancellation 63 Applications after refusal or cancellation > > (1) TfNSW may refuse to consider an application for a driver authority if the applicant— > > > > > (a) has made an unsuccessful application for a driver authority or was the holder of a driver authority (whether of the same or a different kind) that has been cancelled under this Act, and > > > > > (b) the application is made within 12 months after the refusal or the cancellation took effect. > > > (2) There is no right to apply to the Civil and Administrative Tribunal for an administrative review of a decision under this section to refuse to consider an application.
