#### 161 Offences involving credentials 161 Offences involving credentials > A person who— > > > (a) by any statement or misrepresentation that the person knows to be false, obtains or attempts to obtain any accreditation, driver authority or licence under this Act or procures or attempts to procure a passenger service contract, or > > > (b) forges or fraudulently alters or uses any such accreditation, driver authority or licence, or > > > (c) fraudulently allows any such accreditation, driver authority or licence to be used by any other person, > > is guilty of an offence. > > Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
