159 Inspections
> > (1) TfNSW may cause inspections to be carried out to ensure that the operator of a public passenger service (other than a service provided by an aircraft) is complying with the terms of the operator’s accreditation and the requirements of this Act relating to a safety management system.
>
> > (2) TfNSW may cause inspections to be carried out to ensure that the operator of a public passenger service is complying with the operator’s passenger service contract.
>
> > (3) Inspections under this section may be carried out at such intervals as TfNSW thinks fit.
>
> > (4) For the purposes of this section, TfNSW may cause the following to be inspected—
> >
> > > (a) the performance of transport safety employees,
> >
> > > (b) any vehicle used for the purposes of a public passenger service and any equipment, furnishings or fittings in or about the vehicle,
> >
> > > (c) the operation of a public passenger service,
> >
> > > (d) any other thing TfNSW considers to be relevant to the safe carrying on of a public passenger service.
