> > (1) Until an order is made by the Director-General under section 15 (as substituted by the amending Act) fixing a fee for such an application or renewal—
> >
> > > (a) the fee payable under section 11A (1) (as amended by the amending Act) for the renewal of an authority to drive a bus continues to be the fee prescribed by clause 57 (2) of the [Passenger Transport (Bus Services) Regulation 2000](/view/html/repealed/current/sl-2000-0531) (as in force immediately before its repeal by the amending Act), and
> >
> > > (b) the fee payable under section 11A (1) (as amended by the amending Act) for the renewal of an authority to drive a tourist service vehicle continues to be the fee prescribed by clause 10 (2) of the [Passenger Transport (General) Regulation 2000](/view/html/repealed/current/sl-2000-0533) (as in force immediately before its repeal by the amending Act), and
> >
> > > (c) the fee payable under section 15 (3) (as substituted by the amending Act) for an application for accreditation as a bus operator or for an authority to drive a bus continues to be the fee prescribed by clause 57 (1) of the [Passenger Transport (Bus Services) Regulation 2000](/view/html/repealed/current/sl-2000-0531) (as in force immediately before its repeal by the amending Act), and

> > > (d) the fee payable under section 15 (3) (as substituted by the amending Act) for an application for accreditation as an operator of a tourist service or for an authority to drive a tourist service vehicle continues to be the fee prescribed by clause 10 (1) of the [Passenger Transport (General) Regulation 2000](/view/html/repealed/current/sl-2000-0533) (as in force immediately before its repeal by the amending Act).
