#### 35 Temporary bus services can be arranged following termination or variation 35 Temporary bus services can be arranged following termination or variation > Nothing in this Act prevents the Director-General from making such arrangements as the Director-General thinks fit for the provision, by an accredited service operator, of temporary services in place of any regular bus service that is discontinued because of the expiry of the term, or the termination or variation, of an existing commercial bus service contract or existing non-commercial bus service contract by operation of this Part or otherwise.
