#### 24 Service contracts for ferry services 24 Service contracts for ferry services > > (1) A service contract relating to a service provided by a ferry immediately before the commencement of this clause is required to comply with section 17A not later than 12 months after the commencement of that section. > > > (2) The regulations may extend the period under this clause within which a contract, or a class of contracts, is required to comply with section 17A.
