#### 16 Accredited operators: private hire vehicle services 16 Accredited operators: private hire vehicle services > > (1) A person accredited under Division 1 of Part 2 immediately before the insertion of Division 4 into that Part by the amending Act for a public passenger service carried on by means of a private hire vehicle is taken to be a person accredited under Division 3 of Part 4A as inserted by that Act. > > > (2) Accordingly, the accreditation of that person is taken to be an accreditation of that person for that service under Division 3 of Part 4A as so inserted.
