99Regulations

99 Regulations (1) The Administrator may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing matters: (a) required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or (b) necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act. (2) The Regulations may prescribe any of the following matters: (a) fees payable under this Act; (b) the waiver or refund of any of the fees;

Part 5 Transitional matters for Partnership Act 1997 Partnership Act 1997 50 (c) the giving of information or document by an incorporated limited partnership to the Commissioner; (d) the exemption of a person, matter or thing from a provision in this Act; (e) a fine for an offence against the Regulations not exceeding: (i) if the offender is a natural person – 100 penalty units; or (ii) if the offender is a body corporate – 500 penalty units.
