96 Relationship with Corporations legislation The Regulations may declare a matter dealt with by this Part to be an excluded matter for section 5F of the Corporations Act 2001 in relation to any of the following: (a) the whole of the Corporations legislation to which Part 1.1A of the Corporations Act 2001 applies; (b) a provision of the Corporations legislation that is specified in the Regulations; (c) the Corporations legislation other than a provision specified in the Regulations; (d) the Corporations legislation to the extent specified in the Regulations; (e) the Corporations legislation otherwise than to the extent specified in the Regulations.
