88 Identification of partnership (1) A document issued by or for an incorporated limited partnership for its business must contain in legible letters its registered name, ending with "An Incorporated Limited Partnership", "L.P." or "LP". (2) A general partner in the partnership commits an offence for a document issued by or for the partnership that contravenes subsection (1) if, when the document is issued, the person knows about the contravention. Maximum penalty: If the offender is a natural person – 100 penalty units. If the offender is a body corporate – 500 penalty units. Maximum penalty: If the offender is a natural person – 20 penalty units. If the offender is a body corporate – 100 penalty units.
