8 Firm and firm name (1) The partners in a partnership other than an incorporated limited partnership are collectively called a firm and its firm name is: (a) for an external partnership – the name under which its business is carried on under the law of the place where it is formed; or (b) otherwise – the name under which its business is carried on in the Territory.
