79 Review of certificate (1) A person whose interests are affected by a decision to issue the certificate may apply to the Supreme Court, within 28 days after the notice referred to in section 78(5)(a)(ii) is given, for a review of the decision. (2) The operation of the certificate is suspended until the application is withdrawn or the review is decided. Part 3 Incorporated limited partnerships Division 4 Winding up Partnership Act 1997 40 (3) In deciding the application, the Supreme Court may: (a) confirm the decision; or (b) set aside the decision and cancel the certificate. (4) This section does not prevent the Commissioner cancelling the certificate at any time after the application for the review is made.
