60 Certificate of registration (1) The Commissioner may, on the application of a person, give the applicant a certificate of registration of an incorporated limited partnership. Part 3 Incorporated limited partnerships Division 3 Powers and liabilities of partnership Partnership Act 1997 28 (2) The Commissioner must give the general partners in an incorporated limited partnership a certificate of registration each time when: (a) the partnership is registered; or (b) a correction in the register is made in relation to the partnership; or (c) the registered information of the partnership is otherwise changed. (3) A certificate of registration of an incorporated limited partnership: (a) is a certificate about the partnership's registration and its registered information as at the time when the certificate is given; and (b) must be in the approved form. (4) A matter stated in a certificate of registration is evidence about that matter.
