41 Right of partners to notify dissolution (1) On the dissolution of a partnership or the retirement of a partner, a partner must notify the dissolution or retirement: (a) in the Gazette; and Part 2 Partnerships generally Division 4 Dissolution of partnership Partnership Act 1997 20 (b) in a newspaper circulating in the area in which the firm carries on business. (2) The partner may require the other partner or partners to agree, for the purpose of subsection (1), in all necessary or proper acts (if any) that cannot be done without his or her or their agreement.
