101Savings

101 Savings (1) In this section, repealed Act means the Act repealed by section 100. (2) Except as is expressly or by necessary implication provided in this Act, all persons, things and circumstances appointed or created under the repealed Act, or existing or continuing under the repealed Act, immediately before the commencement of this Act, continue, subject to this Act, to have the same status, operation and effect as they would have had if the repealed Act had not been repealed. (3) Without limiting subsection (2), the repeal of the repealed Act does not affect the status, operation or effect of an order, appointment, notice, consent, agreement, liability or right under the repealed Act.
