#### 66C Liability in respect of conduct or acts or omissions outside the State 66C Liability in respect of conduct or acts or omissions outside the State > The limitation on the liability of a limited partner in an incorporated limited partnership by or under this Division extends to any liability incurred— > > > (a) in connection with the conduct of the partnership’s business outside the State, or > > > (b) as a result of an act or omission outside the State of a general partner or a limited partner in the partnership, the partnership or of any officer, employee, agent or representative of a general partner in the partnership or the partnership. > > **pt 3, div 4A (ss 66A–66E):** Ins 2004 No 8, Sch 1 \[86\].
