#### 57 Register of Limited Partnerships and Incorporated Limited Partnerships 57 Register of Limited Partnerships and Incorporated Limited Partnerships > > (1) The Registrar is required to keep a register of limited partnerships and incorporated limited partnerships registered under this Part (to be called the Register of Limited and Incorporated Limited Partnerships). > > > (1A) In the Register, there is to be a division of limited partnerships and a division of incorporated limited partnerships. > > > (2) The Register may be kept in such form as the Registrar thinks fit. > > > (3) The Registrar must make the information recorded in the Register available for public inspection at the office of the Registrar during the ordinary business hours of that office. > > > (4) The Registrar may correct any error or omission in the Register by— > > > > > (a) inserting an entry, or > > > > > (b) amending an entry, or > > > > > (c) omitting an entry, > > > > if the Registrar decides that the correction is necessary. > > > (5) The Registrar must not omit an entry in the Register unless satisfied that the whole of the entry was included in error. > > **s 57:** Ins 1991 No 48, Sch 1.
