8 Application of Settled Land Act 1884

*[Section 8 Amended by 25 Geo.V No. 78 ]*Money to be received on any sale effected under the authority of this Act shall be subject to the provisions of the Settled Land Act 1884 relating to moneys arising from the sale of land under that Act.
