### 8 Application of Settled Land Act 1884 > *\[Section 8 Amended by 25 Geo.V No. 78 \]*Money to be received on any sale effected under the authority of this Act shall be subject to the provisions of the [Settled Land Act 1884](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1884-010) relating to moneys arising from the sale of land under that Act.
