6 Prescribed aviation administration functions
This Chapter : (a) is made for the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of aviation administration function in Part 1 of the Dictionary to CASR; and (b) prescribes aviation administration functions that an ASAO may be authorised to perform under regulation 149.075 of CASR.
Note: Exercising ASAO enforcement powers is also an aviation administration function. See paragraph (a) of the definition of aviation administration function in Part 1 of the Dictionary to CASR.
