14 ASAO registration of certain aircraft
It is an aviation administration function to administer a Part 149 aircraft by establishing and maintaining a register (an ASAO register) of aircraft that contains sufficient information to enable the identification of any aircraft on the register, the aircraft’s owner and the aircraft’s operator, including the following information: (a) a description of the aircraft, including the manufacturer and the model; (b) the aircraft’s construction number or serial number (if any); (c) the unique identifier issued by the ASAO in respect of the aircraft; (d) the name and address of the owner of the aircraft; (e) the name and address of the operator of the aircraft.
