12 Part 149 aircraft—gyroplanes
(1) A gyroplane is a Part 149 aircraft if: (a) Civil Aviation Order 95.12, or Civil Aviation Order 95.12.1, applies to the gyroplane; and (b) it is operated for a purpose mentioned in the Civil Aviation Order that applies to the gyroplane.
