10.01 Application of Division 1
This Division applies in relation to the operation of the following aeroplanes: (a) a propeller‑driven aeroplane with an MTOW of not more than 5 700 kg; (b) a jet‑driven, single‑engine aeroplane with an MTOW of not more than 5 700 kg; (c) a jet‑driven, multi‑engine aeroplane with an MTOW of not more than 2 722 kg.
