9.01 Exemption
(1) Subject to subsection (2), a crew member for a flight of a rotorcraft is exempt, under regulation 11.160 of CASR, from compliance with subregulation 91.555(1) of CASR. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to an air crew member who is assigned duties, during the flight, requiring the air crew member to occupy a crew station in the rotorcraft’s cockpit. (3) The exemption is repealed at the end of 1 December 2024.
