31 Activities involving bringing animals onto trust lands
(1) A person must not bring stock (including a horse) or poultry onto the trust lands, except with the written permission of, and in the manner approved by, the Trust or the Chief Executive.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
(2) A person must not bring any other animal onto the trust lands unless the animal is, and is kept, under the effective control of a competent person by means of an adequate chain, cord, leash or cage, except with the written permission of, and in the manner approved by, the Trust or the Chief Executive.
