24 Failure to comply with direction

24 Failure to comply with direction

A person must not on the trust lands fail to comply with a reasonable direction given for the purpose of securing good order, security and safety, management and enjoyment of the trust lands given—

(a) by a relevant authority, verbally to the person concerned, or

(b) by the Trust or the Chief Executive, in writing (generally or to the person concerned) or by means of a sign displayed on or adjacent to the land concerned.

Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
