14 Speed of vehicles

(1) The Trust may determine the maximum speed at which a person may drive or ride a vehicle on any trust lands.

(2) The Trust is to specify the maximum speed—

(a) on a sign displayed on that land, or

(b) by means of a numeral or other symbol painted or otherwise placed on a road on that land.

(3) A person must not, except with the written permission of, and in the manner approved by, the Trust, drive or ride a vehicle on any trust lands at a speed exceeding that determined by the Trust in respect of the land concerned.

Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
