25 Use of land at 63 and 83 Church Street, Parramatta

(1) This clause applies to the following land—

(a) Lot 100, DP 1249271, 83 Church Street, Parramatta,

(b) Lot 102, DP 1249271, 63 Church Street, Parramatta.

(2) Development for the purposes of residential flat buildings is permitted with development consent.

(3) Subclause (2) does not apply unless the consent authority is satisfied that development for the purposes of residential flat buildings, other than the following when located in the basement of a building, will not be carried out on land in Zone E2 Commercial Centre—

(a) parking spaces for vehicles,

(b) storage cages used to store the personal items of residents.
